Why I Love Coaching:
It is inspiring to see our members work hard day in and day out. I am grateful to be part of such an amazing, supportive community of people and am privileged to be able to help them reach their goals. Seeing members getting their first pull-up, PR’ing a lift, or just working a little harder then they did the day before is a great feeling.
Why I Love Nutrition Coaching:
I had such a positive experience having a nutrition coach, I wanted to be able to share my education and experience with others to help them reach their goals. My nutrition journey began in 2016 when I had been doing CrossFit for 3 years but was not seeing progress in my body composition or performance. I decided to hire a nutrition coach and through that I learned how to properly fuel and support my body with nutrition. My relationship with food improved, my body composition improved, and my performance in the gym improves as a result. I also started seeing improvements in sleep, energy, and digestion. Throughout my journey, I never once felt like I was on a diet or felt deprived. I’ve experienced first hand how beneficial it is to have a coach that supports you and your goals, and I want to be able to provide that to others.
