On-Ramp is required of all new members to Monmouth CrossFit.  We cover CrossFit’s 9 foundational movements, other staple movements, mobility, class structure, and more in an individual or small group setting.  This program is designed to introduce you to all things Monmouth CrossFit and prep you to join our regularly scheduled CrossFit classes.
