My fitness goals are different than the average CrossFitter – I’m 58.  Personal training give me a workout that is custom designed to help me achieve my particular fitness goals, and adapts to my needs.  My training improves general strength and conditioning, but it also allows me to prepare for specific goals, like rowing a marathon last year, and a hike to Everest base camp in 2018.
